Stock Stereo RCA hookups.

Im trying to put a system in my g/f's car, and she has a stock stereo. Ive seen it done to other cars with stock stereos, and Im wondering, do the other ones have newer head units that have the RCAs on them, or is there some adapter you can get?

PAC makes good ones also. one of them is offered with a sub volume control as well.
