Stock stereo new amp

So I'm finally going to run an amp to all my speakers but I am going to be keeping the stock headunit. I already have a line out converter for my subs and will be using the same for the other amp. Is there any possible way to keep the voice from navigation still working being as it uses the front speakers for that?

That is the perfect spot to do that. OEM sub may interfere with the new one and cause cancellation.
