stock speakers are good for something

Making mounting plates for new speakers...I cut off the magnet and basket and used what was left to mount the new speakers to the doors in my dads truck....wish I had pics...it was great.

yeah i put my stockers back in the exploder before i sold it. Almost puked.

Not a bad ideal. I remember when we took out my front stocks on my Elantra. They were only 5 years old and they still looked hidious. It was a pleasure to put in those sweet Polk Momos. I gave the stocks to my brother. He likes to keep stuff like that.

it was funny, the cone and surround actually looked perfect...I was expecting at least some dry rot...but the basket was very rusty and obviously water damaged the voice coil...yeah I replaced them with some 6 1/2 coaxial polks...
