Stock speaker replacement-Scion-Help!

So, I'm looking into replacing my lady's speakers in her 2010 Scion xD, and need some recommendations. I haven't bought doors speakers in a VERY long time....

Sizes are 5.25 for the rear, and 6.5 for the fronts. I would like to do both for a max budget of 200-225. These will be powered just from the factory Alpine touch screen factory radio. So, no amp to power them is wanted. Just want something to help her and the kids jam out to music with some better quality then that factory crap that's in there....

I have no idea of the factory ohm speakers or anything, just want some advice of what you guys think will be the best bangs for our bucks....

You guys helped me with my sub setup in my Jeep and I know you will do me right with this!
