Stock alarm + New HU

Okay, so I have a 1999 Mitsubishi Eclipse with a factory alarm.

When I unhook the battery or anything like that, I have to put in the factory alarm code for the stereo to work again.

Will I be able to install the new HU with no error?

Yes.

The only potential problem will come later, when you try to put the factory head unit back in.
