260 shipped on the MD-3D. Still have the remote and manual. Ill take 300 for the MD-43 shipped. Maybe less on the MD-43 but thats what I paid for it and only tested it to be sure it was in working order. I may try that letter thing and see if I get a check. Hopefully its not to late to do it.

you can possibly send that to fedex, and witness proof, get refund.

Tried that. Sent them the proof and even a copy of the forged signature and still got a letter saying I had to have the shippers permission. So I need to fax them a letter. I am trying hard to figure out a way of getting my money back and I have requested the payment on paypal.
