Purchased a set of btl 12s from a guy on caco a few months ago. Fedex dropped them in my driveway and I also had a witness to them being dropped. They forged a signature on the delivery also. Still have pics but I will have to get those up later. Broke the basket on both woofers. They sent him the woofers after inspection and he said he would do whatever he could to help. Said he would fax them a letter saying I had his permission to go through with the claim and he never did. Even with a witness and plenty of pics of the forged signature and package they still were requiring a letter of permission.

I am still emailing him and thinking about calling every day and night just to piss him off as much as he did me.

Wasnt a guy actually. It was a woman this time. When she was going to pick the package up for inspection she was like well ill bring my husband since the package was heavy. I was thinking why the **** did you not get help the first time.

U.S. Amps MD-3D and MD-43 and a Pioneer DEH-P6900UB. Havent been on this forum long but have plenty of references between other forums. Just came upon his youtube again today and had to leave a *****y comment and I also emailed the *******. Need to get the pics up off my spare hard drive so I can get his number.

Had that same situation happen with me and UPS guy took forever to send out letter so I made my own and signed his name then boom they sent me a check

Thats what I was thinkin. Thing was I had a witness to them dropping the package. Also have a picture from the site when I checked it of the signature signed on the delivery. First initial did not belong to anyone in this house and the last name was misspelled.
