still having dimming with big three done

i finished my big three in 1/0 wire and it didnt help my dimmingt at all and im only running like 1000 watts rms. i even ran two runs of engine block to chassis and two battery neg to chassis. stock battery and stock alt rated at 105 amps. i guess i just need to upgrade my battery to get rid of it? i thought the big three woukd help me a bit

no thanks on the yellow top i plan on buying two deka intimadators soon. my battery is stock in the trunk. but the amp is just a kicker zx750.1 birthseet like 950 so im not even at 1k so i dont get it. since my trunk is stock in the trunk the alt to batt run is like 20 feet.. could this this be part of the reason since it has a decent amount of resistance over a small run underhood

Hmm, u should be ok. Thats weird, unless ur stock is a tiny battery...

big 3 doesnt "cure" headlight dimming.
it can just aid in helping keep the juice flowing

x2 the more batteries you add the more power you need to properly charge them, however a decent battery underhood may help out!!!

thats what i thought... the stock isnt thatt small i dont know the specs on it but its a decent size battery. my car is a saturn ion... shitty frame. or i should say the lack there of. im thinkng it may be part of my problem because there isnt like a solid frame. its all grounded bu i think it may not be the best current carrying chassis? idk

Yea yea I know but it was cheap and isn't that old with little mileage so I bought it. I don't have the money for a car that doesn't blow cause I'd rather save that money for car audio

Dude, I have an '08 Silverado and have done the Big 3 and still get dimming, even after moving the grounds all over the place. And I only have 1000W RMS as well. I have a Kinteik HC2000 arriving tomorrow so I will let y'all know if that does anything...but I really think it may require a HO alternator, even tho mine is 145 Amp stock. I feel the dude's pain!

Ahh thankk you. And in a silverado you have the full frame so hats a good refernce point for me too since your still getting dimming to. Make sure you tell me how that kinetic changes things
