The error code C1 means a memory problem, but the FF indicates a failed BIOS.
Try moving the ram to different slots; maybe even try booting without ram.
Also, try removing the battery to clear the BIOS and replace it after a few minutes and see if the problem dissapears.
From what I have read, the BIOS chip is a big problem in epox boards. You will probably have to RMA the board. I would try to exchange the board with an Asus or MSI board if possible.
