The first week was just introduction to the company (Some of you guys may of heard of it, Covad) but today was the first day that I actually at my desk. Theres a chubby guy near me who talks funny, and even a big cake that everyone got a peice. (but no weird boss)

Sorta weird being in this atmospher at only the age of 19.

I work in a double sized open ended cubical. I tend to try to keep to myself during the day. Other than the required interaction, I'm sitting there listining to my music or watching a movie.

my job sucks. i have my own office with a pc connected to the internet via dsl, which is cool. but the work sucks big time. this place is micro managed...in other words everyone does a little bit of everything. i myself have seven different jobs that i do on a daily basis.

That reminds me...

There was this dame that had a freaking Yanni cd that looped all day long, I couldn't take it anymore, I fired up terminal services, killed the cdplayer.exe application and then renamed the file so she couldn't restart the app.

She couldn't figure out for the life of her why it wouldn't work and then a dude who didn't know any different came along and she asked him to fix it, next day it was back to "All Yanni, All Day here at Yanni Rox"...
