BTW - I Quit Smoking

Hang in there...my best friend quit last year, and it was hell for him for about four months. He buried himself in work, which is probably the only reason he passed Chem //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

Good luck.

nah... the first 3-4 days were shitty.

after that I know that the chemicals are all gone and shit... so it just becomes a decision.

at day 10 or so I stopped the habitual thoughts (after a meal, after coitus, et cetera)

now I occasionally get an urge, but it's not a problem.

when I get really pissed off... it's hard, but otherwise I'm good.

thanks
