A conglomerate refers to the combination of two or more firms engaging in entirely different businesses. Conglomerates are often large and can be formed by merging more than four businesses together. The term may also refer to a multi-industry company.
While MHIA, is a member of the same corporate conglomerate, (which is mostly located in japan, but includes industries world-wide. It is, in effect, a separate legal entity and an American business.
not to mention its ironic, you hating japan so much which puts about 50% of its offshore investments in america. and takes in about a quarter of its imports annually from USA.
