Stereo Integrity Mag V4 Pics

and 3db is technically the lowest possible difference our ears can distinguish. I think.

That would be different than what I've always been taught.

And not to worry Bose, my statement about you still stands. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

then what you have been taught is incorrect.

I find it funny that you insult me when it has been proven that I know more than you.

As I said, it is audible, but barely. A 3dB difference is just noticeable.
You're one of those that need their ears checked...

If you can barely tell the diff of 3db, then you should use half the power you have for your system. It'll be less strain on your electrical system and you will barely tell the difference. Or you can throw twice the amount of wattage.

About your review, I also liked the part where you stated the new mag ''seems" to have fewer peaks and valleys.

Oh don't worry, it was in no way proven. a 3db difference is EASILY audible. Maybe not if you're used to SPL style bass. But for those of us who are more concerned with SQ, 3db is very noticeable. Maybe I'm just not cool enough though, that could easily be it. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

Gee, an article that even agrees with me, one of many. http://www.proavmagazine.com/industry-news.asp?sectionID=1765&articleID=599360

I guess all these years of psychoacoutic research that says a 3dB increase is barely noticeable is wrong, I guess you 2 should rewrite all of the audio research ever doen since you are correct. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/rolleyes.gif.c1fef805e9d1464d377451cd5bc18bfb.gif

You guys need to consider what scale is being used for the db measurements. Our version of db comes from stereo competitions and is much different than some physics peoples scale.

Nobody else has a sub?
