I've been thinking about getting these to put in my doors of my Audi a6. I know they're arn't released yet, but does anyone have any information on them? If they are worth the money that the D2's are I might throw down. Think they will be efficient?

Anyone know if they are any good?
well, i talked for a while with nick about them (owner of SI) in person when i was down in NC. And obviously, he's the owner of the company but he was VERY proud of them and spoke of how great they performed...and believe me i don't doubt him at all. See if you can get ahold of him and ask who has some installed...get their point of view on em. peace

This is an e-mail nick sent me

A good friend of mine has the 307's in his car with 85 watts RMS and

that is enough power to get them quite loud. I have another customer of

mine who has the 307's in a Silverado and he usually listens to music really

loud and he made a comment to me that the 307's get too loud for him...which

is nice. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif The driver's ,more specifically the tweeter's, aren't

extremely flat off-axis. They weren't designed to be an off-axis speaker,

but the tweeters still do quite nicely. While they don't do very well in

the extreme upper-end (as every tweeter tends to exhibit as you get further

and further off-axis), to a typical male they still have great high-end

extension (because males can't hear as high as females can).

I like the last little comment.
