what i got from those links is that this woofer has the ability to play down to 20hz with verry little distortion compaired to other drivers - and will still have a -3db response all the way up to 400 ish hz

so if you are one of the weirdos like me that set the subsonic filter in the 200ish range then this will play mid and sub bass maby mess with my 6ch eq a bit to blend the 2 together nicely but i see no reason at all this wont work fantastic in a car on "low power" up to 600w but could also probably be sound q oriented running on a old ab class amp bridged at 4 ohms on 300/400w

its not 100% nessary to run systems with 5 digit wattage numbers, extra batterys and alternators to satisfy the needs of bass in a viechle

Any idea if they get loud? My old system was a 12" Type R on 500 watts. If I put this thing on 600 watts will it be a lot louder? Or is it just SQ?
