does anyone have dimensions or blueprints or something that will get me started? it needs to fit under the backseat and because of the weird shape of the bottom i need some help..

Take some measurements and draw a picture, then any one of the number of members would be glad to help you with ideas or even a full out box design

Looked on Club Frontier? Lots of members there have done custom enclosures under the rear seat of the crew cab and could help you out.
