Modifying rear deck..Help?

Okay I have always used a dremel for this but figured id ask to see if anyone has an easier way. I am going to be modifying a rear deck, I need to cut make the rear speaker holes bigger to fit new speakers in, what do you guys use?

Airsaw, though a dremel with a cutting wheel works well.
