I would use security screws throughout the system. Make sure you have a sub floor installed and try to mount both your amps and box to it, so they are one piece. Just remember this if you can install your amps in minutes and you use regular drywall screws then you are only giving yourself about 2 minutes to catch the thief. They will scope out your car, get a good ide of what tools they need and then smash the window.
Also break down and get an alarm. If you aren't capable of doing the install make sure that the brain is hidden. It takes about thirty seconds to breaka window and get under the dash and rip out the brain box. Also install 2 or more extra sirens. And make sure that the shock sensor is set properly so the alarm only goes off is somone is breaking in.
Also try to build some type of cover panel over your amps, and grill cloth over your speakers. And watch where you show your system off, cruise in's are a good place to let thieves see what you have and how to get it out.
