Static noises started on one side of car

Hello,

I have speakers connected to an amplifier on a 5 channel amp. I started hearing static noise randomly on the right side after having the setup for about a year. The static noise gets to be a higher pitch the faster I go. The static noise also goes on a few seconds after I turn my car off. I belive it is something to do with the RCA cable. I switched the RCA cables for the left and right side, and the static switched sides.

Did you switch the rcas at the head unit as well or just at the amplifier?
