had the same problem, ground loop isolater at best buy/walmart, $13 fixed it, it is just the radiated electrical pulses from either the surplus of voltage needed for the sparking in the spark plugs or the smaller and closer ones emmited from the other components throughout your vehicle such as lights ac/heat fan etc. Electricity does follow the path of least resistance, however when the current or voltage is increased at points you get stupid electricity that trys to go everywhere, and the retarded ones fly out of the wiring and pass through the air much like sound waves, and these are entering either the rca/speaker wires and causing the speakers to make a noise. If you rev your engine do you hear a humming noise increase in volume with your HU turned down low? The ground loop isolater is basically a noise filter, i can't tell any difference in the quality of sound since i started using it, but you might want to try making sure your wiring of power/remote wire is away from the rca cables and speaker wires, check your ground as well, possibly relocate, couldn't hurt.
