Starter setup

Hey guys,im currently new to this site and I just bought my first system.I havent installed it yet,so I have no clue how it will sound. My setup is as the following:

-two C10 kicker subs -$130

-Vented box -$77(I got a good deal..usually $103)

-Alpine Deck(Cant remember witch one it is...9874 or something..) -$170

-Rockford fosgate p300.1 amp. -$190

-8 gauge wiring,deck wiring harness etc,dash kit etc etc.- $100

im just wonering what your guy's opinions are. Feel free to post your opinions,but please dont flame. I am new to the whole car audio thing so all I wanted was a good setup for my first car.

One last question.How well do you think the RF 300W amp will do with the two subs..apperantly they can go upto 300 watts each...but thats MAX. first thing you will hear is get rid of the prefab box.....ill look at the rest now

if you got the c10-4 then you will be fine with that amp.....the c10 is rated for 150 rms each, and your amp puts out 300rms@2ohm

Thanks dman! I think for my first system in a small car it should be alright.Why would you say get rid of the prefab box? This box is awsome man..its all carpeted with the vent in the middle.I bought all my stuff from Aspen Sound so im taking a guess here that its not going to be a bunch of crap.
