Started my diet today and...

sue me, its a ford.
Had 2 400 calorie meals so far, walked for an hour uphill and back down. Get home, open the fridge and there is about 10 shiny bud lights looking back at me. At this point, i say FUCK IT! Im probably about 800 calories deep in beer now... Anybody else drinkin' today?

lol... I was on a 600 calorie a day max diet for about 6 months... was hard as hell..

In beer its not really the calories its that its complete carbs..

 
Diets are bad in general. Find out what your basal metabolic rate is then eat and workout out around that number so you create a calorie decefit each day. Then when your strict on your diet you get a day to treat yourself each week.

For myself it's getting boring and I'm unmotivated after doing that for years and having great results at the same time.

just what they list isn't everything... learned that the hard way man... dropped 138lbs in the past year

from changing my diet and what I drink and so forth... its a hard **** change but you just have to stick to it. I do somewhere around 800-1000 cal. a day now

started out at 600 cal.. Very High Protein low carbs... 100-140grams of protein a day with less than 40grams of carbs a day

 
my uncle weighed in at 375 and the only thing he quit doin was drinkin pop and he lost over 60lbs:/
May 22 2011 I was at 368 lbs... as of today I am at 229lbs and some change.. I don't drink Cokes, Milk, I stay under 1000 cals aday 99% of the time.

thats good for you man, but why dont you drink milk?

everyday you should eat, oats, tomatoes, almonds, spinach, blueberries, yogurt, black beans and carrots or a variety of each and eat as soon as you wake up and every ~2 hours after that, your metabolism will be sky high, and there more muscle you got the more calories you burn, even wen your doin nothin
