stacking amps

I'm considering stacking 2 of the same amp in my next setup, what do I need to do to make sure it a secure stack and won't have any problems? the amp in question is a Lanzar htg2600d. I don't want to put a board between them if I don't have to, but I will if it is safer. I just know I've seen people on here stack amps directly on top of each other and I wanted to know if there was something I need to know before I do it. Also if these people had brackets that I couldn't see, that info would be great to know

I have mine stacked by just placing cardboard between them and using threaded rod to bolt the amps together. If you want to get crafty, you could use pieces of mdf on the top and bottoms of the amps.
