I want to upgrade to xcons from my icons,but I don't know how well they would do in mt current box

Can you refresh me on your current box specs? On average, the Xcon likes similar enclosures to the Icon, but just tends to need a pinch more port area.

Aaron I don't know everything about it DC Creation built it for me last year.Its 36"x16"x28" tuned at 30 is all I know about it

Port is 13.75"x3.5"

Roughly yes, taking an estimate on enclosure volume and knowing port area, I think you would be good if you wanted to go up to Xcon's.

Didn't read the entire thread but to the OP, I love my Gcon 12's. Very musical while still having good output. I have yet to demo them and have someone say they weren't impressed.
