So what're the updates on these? I'm possibly getting a S2000 and it barely has any trunk space. This sub will be great. Selling my 2 12'' Icon's =]

That is because the host that the pictures were on originally is down, and someone complained about not seeing the pictures so I put them up on another server.

 

The new basket is still a good ways off yet.

We are still awaiting the upgraded baskets. In the mean time, testing is going very well in the initial prototype. I have run a number of different power levels at both 2 and 8 ohms mono. I will put it this way, it held an Orion 2500D @ 8ohms fine, but we will not rate it that high for many reasons. At the moment, the output with about 120 or so watts on it is surprising (as in more then I expected), the car has loads of Damplifier Pro in it, so it is more then loud enough inside without bothering any surrounding cars or neighbors. Without knowing, the average person would have no idea it is that small of a sub on that low of power. I already have a number of box design adjustments to do.

 

But again, I cannot give a set date as things could change again. So we need to wait until more details are for real, before I can release a production date.

At the moment, it is seeing only 120 watts (maybe closer to 100), and the output is very good, clean all the way up to full volume. I want to build another box for it and have more fun.
