well, baseballs tend to leave an aluminum bat 10mph-20mph faster than a wooden bat. I played baseball for about 10 years and once I hit middle school aluminum bats where no longer used.

I played ball for 9 years, hell I've even been hit in the mouth off a ground ball while pitching. Sure it hurt like a *****, almost lost a few teeth, but my parents didn't decide to go sue someone over it.

Yes, they were using aluminum bats, and the ball hit the kid and he died.

Apparently, because there was no warning label, the parents had no idea that it was possible for that to happen.

This is why we are in such bad shape. Seriously, this is retarded. I remember a middle school kid died here because a kid hit him in the head with a snowball in the right spot. People can have problems unknown before hand until its too late.

When kids do track, swim, baseball, basketball, football, cheerleading, wrestling etc you have to expect them to get hurt sometimes. Although very rare some may die.

So if a kid dies while swimming because they swallow too much water on thier own is it the water departments fault? If a girl dies cause when she jumped up, she fell. What they gonna sue the city for not having 20ft of mats down?
