Okay, out of these subs, which would perform best for SQL, but more on the Loudness side of things... I would like to port then, probably 2cuft NET of space available.

Would an Orion 1200d power those efficiently?

Im thinking of using either of the 4 amps below... Please state the amp that would match well with the subs that you are recommending please!

with a 1200D personally I'd take two OZ matrix Elite's great subs there. ID Max's are nice aswell but I seemed to like the Oz's a bit more.

out of the ones you listed only "loud" for sake of being loud are the diamonds the others are sq orented (havent heard the rl-i though) fav woofer listed idmax then the w6 v2 then the oz those all can do both but you wont see too many of those in an spl contest lol
