SQ system in 92 cadillac deville

hey everyone so i have a 1992 cadillac deville and im going to be upgrading from the stock system soon. I have narrowed it down to 2 setups:

Setup 1

Alpine ida-x305

Rainbow SLC 265 Kick

Arc Audio FD-2200 2-channel amp

Image Dynamics IDQ12V3.D2 subwoofer

Arc Audio FD 600.1 mono amp

Second skin deadening on doors and trunk

Setup 2 (hertz)

Hertz Esk165

Ecx 165

Mlk 165

ep1d amp

ep5 amp

Second skin on doors and trunk

alpine ida-x305 HU

i can get both of these for about the same price, and ive heard some good things about hertz, but i was wondering what you guys thing about each setup? I want a good sq system but with some good bass too. any input would be appreciated.

haha no im good right now. I just bought it and everything is in pretty awesome shape. Im just anxious to get some good sounding stuff in there

I have a really nice Pioneer in dash DVD, that would be perfect for SQ, and as far as second skin, I might be able to match the price with Stinger stuff.

coupe or sedan . depending on how good you are with tools you might be able to rebuild it your self . if not you might be able to pick up a used trany for like 3-400. 90 sedan deville with 145,000 on the clock here

i do a lot of cars...its a sedan too btw. She isnt worth putting that much into..paints peeling because of gms shitty primer. All the fuel and brake lines are gone...just gona part her out and scrap her
