SQ experts...I need help

This is my current setup in my Jag XKR Convertible:

Alpine 7995

Alpine XM Tuner

Alpine 701 processor

6.5 inch CDT eurosport Braxial with Upstage system

2 JL 6 inch subs in rear (I cant put sub in trunk due to convertible top)

Of course a nice setup but I cant resist wasting more money and upgrading....here is what I need advise from for really upgrading my system. I have to have XM or Sirius.These are my possible choices:

1) price no object-upgrade to Alpine F1...new DVI9990 head unit and new PXI990 processor (dont know if I want to spend $4-5k)...Is the road noise cancelling feature worth it?

2)Get Clarion DRZ9255 and then get universal XM tuner to use through AUX input of deck. How would the optical out of the deck work with the Alpine 701 processor?

3)Just Upgrade Headunit to an XM ready Alpine with optical out such as DVA 7996 (least expensive option)

4) Anything out there that would be a lot better than the CDT Eurosports?

If price is really no option do the Alpine F1 status. That would be absolutely amazing and I highly doubt you'd have to upgrade anytime soon.

i would never go to an F1. there is so much more than just the deck that is necessary to use all of its features. i would go with a high end alpine and spend the rest on processing, but that is just me. then i would use like a Zapco DAII-SL to a SX-SLII EQ. then for the XM, i would check into the use of your existing one for a new high end alpine. then if you want to upgrade even further, i would look into the zapco C2k series amplifiers. that will allow you to use the symbilink cables for zapco products. pimp shit.

the F1 aint very friendly to the average joe. thats why shops that sell them must be F1 certified by alpine.

2500 for the deck, but for everything else to make it usable, about 4500 to 5000 all together.

i'd go with the d310 in dash unit with the h701 processor.

i think you just need to get a sat ready unit of choice...w/ the 701 the other just becomes nothing other than a cd transport....keep it optical, keep it alpine
