i had a 21 inch computer monitor that was bein carried buy a lil blond chick up my front steps and she dropped it down the steps and said oops i hope that not breakable maby the fragile stickers would let here no not to drop it but hey shes a blond long story short $900 monitor ruined and not covered they also did a nice job on my maxximus broke it **** neer in half but this time they payed to fix it
