spray on sound deadner?

the inside of my door panel, where u put the deadener.. has a crap load of shit in it. its all electric. so theres gears, motors, wires, everywhere. i find it difficult to properly deaden my doors with any "mat" type of deadeners. do they have any type of spray on deadner, like in a spray can? maybe paint types? sorry if its a dumb question.
