TO be honest my 1 12" type r was way way louder than 2 of those w7's I popped those subs off for $1100 for all 4 of them & I only paid $400 for all 4 of them brand new. I wont even look at another jl product again. These are for sure the most over priced woofer on the market.

ALL SHOW & NO GO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Look at his other thread. He says he hit 153 db (termlab) on a pair of IDMAX 12s, and then asks which sub would be louder 4 IDMAX 12s, or 4 Type Rs. lmao.

The only reason I asked in the other thread b/c I have been away for a while & havent been around subs & was thinking about getting back into it again. No I said I would have guessed they were around 140 db in a box I built myself.

For a guy that's been away a while you sure have a lot of nice subs. I mean you got 4 w7s for $100 dollars a piece, and then made 300% profit selling them.

You also have 4 idmax 12s, and type rs laying around. Not to mention you hitting 153.5 dbs on 2 idmax 12s with a rockford fosgate 1500. You would know best though because your 1 type r blew away a couple of w7s you had though right?

I think I laid out the BS buffet pretty well up there. Have at it, its a feast.
