Whats a blown Rockford HE2 worth?

I found this today. I tryed the coils with a battery and they didnt move at all so i assume its blown. Could have been a dead battery too. One of the terminals is busted off from the basket as you can see. Im just wondering whats its worth if i sold it for a motor and basket? Thanks.

Ya if that guy has any in stock I think he charges between $20-25 for the recone..

Its an HE2. Says on the dustcap and on the motor i believe. There is a shop on ebay that sells a bunch of recones, maybe ill check there. Not really interested in reconing it, but if someone wants it let me know.
