Specific setup- JL component vs 2 way speakers

Hey, I decided I wanted a speaker upgrade for my car and I’ve heard all of the JL fans so I decided to give them a shot for the first time. I wanted to know which of these two 6.5 speaker sets would be better? They will both be powered by an amp and get their full rms power. I’ve heard component is better than two way but I’ve never heard for my self. The catch is, I can only mount the component tweeter at knee level and I’ve heard this effects sq. Obviously I’m not competing or anything, I just want a good, enjoyable system. Thanks.

Easy answer. Don’t use JL speakers. The tweeters are not good for a 2 way.

Keeping the tweeter and mid close is better if using passive crossovers
