speakers playing high pitch

hey guys, my speakers (Fusion CM65 components) play very high pitch and sometimes are ear peircing. They're amped and I was wondering if maybe it has something to do with my HPF settings?

or maybe its just the speakers sound, cuz although they get very loud and very clear, its a little peircing at times.

turn ur treble down on the headunit

I did, it doesn't seem to get rid of it.

Its at +7 but I need it to get that loud to play the vocals loudly.
