Ok..One of the negro football players on campus drives a nice Dodge Magnum with 20" rims, blacked out windows (legal limit is 35% here), nice paint job, etc..
For some reason he deems it appropriate to have some form of speakers that blast music OUTSIDE of his car..It appears the music comes from his grill area.. It is fairly loud, not clear at all. Kind of sounds like a PA system.. What the hell? Anyone else ever seen this? How do you manage to put speakers outside your car?

I honestly wish I was as cool as the guy you're talking about but sadly all my audio equipment is located on the interior of my vehicle.
