Speakers making odd sounds

Hello. I have 6 tower speakers mounted on a wakeboard tower. I've noticed that one speaker will shock you it touched. Last night, another problem started to occur. I play my music through the Aux input from my ipod. I noticed that if I am holding the ipod and I touch the metal wakeboard tower, one of the speakers makes a really weird screetching/whiny sound. It stops when I quit touch the wakeboard tower. Any ideas?

Roflmao

Might have a short if its shocking you but I think you would hear constant noise

Try a bigger amp so it shocks people a bit stronger and everyone stops touching the bar. 2nd problem solved by 1st

It does not shock when touch the bar but on the speaker. A separate speaker will make weird noises (crackling, screeching, fluctuation) when holding the ipod and touch bar at the same time.

Also try a differnt cord for iPod. Could be a bad cable. Try a differnt iPod or mp3.

What part of speaker do you touch when you get shocked?

Is it a coaxle speaker?

I see this was your 1st post here. Welcome

Thought some one else would chime in but no one has yet so here's a few more things you can check.
