Speakers hum after installing amp help?

Ok I want to start of by letting every one know my set up I have my power wire ran on my passanger side and all my other wires on the drivers side due to a very yards gasket to get the cord through but I'm pretty sure that's not my problem. I have an alpine f-300 ,200 watt rms 50x4 going to a pioneer p4100dvd head unit. Now for my problem and its not huge but it bothers me . On my iPod source my aux source and my he radio source (I have the adapter for hd radio.) I hear a constant buzz/hum when the music is paused and sometimes on low volume songs. It does not happen at all on my cd source. So I know it's not anything on the amp side . The only thing I can think of is something maybe with the rca inputs picking up feed back from the iPod cable and hd radio cable and there's really no way I can get them to not cross because my hd tuner and my USB come out my glove box. So now I'm wondering if any one had an issue like this before it just baffles me because the cd source doesn't do it , will rca ground loops help I've read about that but most that use them seem to have noise no mater what . O and also if I'm on my iPod source and I don't have it plugged in there's no noise at all either.

I think I will try that tonight they have them in stock at my best buy so ill buy one test it if it does ill get another one for the other channel. Just a question about them because I'm new to this for what i e seen they usually have two ground wires coming off of them are able to be grounded to the same place?

So I tried to ground loop isolator and it didnt work so now I'm thinking it might be something to do with my hd radio tuner and USB cable , like I said before its only my aux input wich nothing is plugged into my radio source that has the pioneer hd radio tuner hooked up and my iPod source but only when it's plugged in my cd source is fine crystal clear when I hit pause. And like I said before you really don't hear it when music is playing anyone have any other ideas what can be causing it? Thanks for any ideas
