I'm in the market for a new car, and am seriously considering a 2010 G37 Journey sedan. I have a head unit already that I'd be transferring from my old car. I'm having limited luck finding out if installing an aftermarket head unit is possible in the Infiniti or not. Can someone help out? Much appreciated.

I used to have a '08 Infiniti M35 and in order to install an aftermarket h/u, you have to buy several components to make it work. Honestly, it's not worth it. Just run a LOC, amp, sub and call it a day.

LOC?

I love my pioneer deph 9800bt though //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif

LOC = line-level output converter. Most stock headunits do not have RCA connections or remote turn-on wire on the back to hook up to amplifiers. LOC's make installation a breeze.
