speakers cut off when i go 40 mph!? HELP!!!!

I just installed a JVC head unit, and everything was going fine until i drove about 40mph. everytime i hit 40, the speakers will cut off for a couple of seconds, then come back on. my head unit remains on throughout the whole thing. Also, everytime i roll up a window, it does the same thing - cuts off, then comes back on...WHATS WRONG!?!? i checked the wiring, and the only thing i can think of is re-grounding the head unit!? HELP PLEEEEEEASE!?
