Speakers crackle, too much power?

So basically, I installed my 4 Rockford Fosgate PUNCH 6inch speakers into my car.

I have a Pioneer Premeir head unit

.. and i have the ViSoniK sub and amp, so the person who installed my system has alota good stuff, so we took the not so good VisoniK sub and amp out and installed a 800 WATT Audiobahn amplifier ( Audiobahn A1504DP ), and a single 10 inch Auidobahn sub that totally blew my visonik ones away, this one sub was expensive and loud.

So we hooked this up, and we turned the system on, and my speakers have a crackling noise, when we turned it down, it went away a little.

I am thinking that either, the sub and amp is taking too much power and doesnt have enough from the battery and is over powering the speakers.

So what i am going to do is buy the auidobahn sub and amp, but also buy another audiobahn amp for the speakers, and a capaciter, maybe that will work?

Umm...

First off, audiobahn is junk.

Second of all, does it still do that when you unplug the subs? Like take the RCAs out of the amp.

Third, don't buy a capacitor.

audiobahns are junk but they dont crackle.

you probably didnt high pass your 6inchers so thats why now you turn your shit up, it crackles.

check your head unit's ground.

already did, thats good too, i just think its drawing too much power

No, that wouldn't cause that sort of problem. How is the amp adjusted? How is the gain set?

Kinetic battery. thats what i did and it fixed that same problem and gave me alot more bass at higher volume
