Speaker selection

Hey guys

I'm new here and been out of the car audio thing for a couple years now. I'm not sure whats new and forgot alot of the good model products. I just bought an Acura TL and of course looking for new speakers. Can I get some suggestions on some good 6.5 separates? I have a 300/4 which i will bridged. I'm only looking at changing the fronts and leaving the rears stocks. Price wise not looking at spending over 300.

Hard to beat those ID's for the price. I haven't heard the Morels but I never stop hearing of their sweetness, hear good of the Rainbows also.

The Morels & Rainbows would probably out perform the ID's, but I don't know if it would justify the price difference.

I'd say the Morels but the ID's & Rainbows would probably do better w/ the power you got.....I guess I can't decide either...lol

Tempos and ID's get most of the love on the forums. My Tempos came in the other day, just waiting to get my car out of the shop now...

Yea I'd go with the I'd's the tempo's or the rainbows. Morel tempo first, image dynamics second, rainbows third. Don't forget about the focals in that price range too.
