Speaker selection advice

newb to the forum, have recently purchased some items from here! Having been out of the car audio scene for a decade, I am a bit out of touch with what the best options are.

Right now, I have only to choose Rear door speakers. here is the setup:

2005 Nissan Frontier

Blau HU w/ Rio Karma (5 Band Parametric EQ) in playing OGG and FLAC

MTX Thunder 564

Front: Infinity Kappa 60.7cs - components (door 6.5, dash tweets)

Rear: EMPTY! HELP! (6.5 hole in there now)

I also have a cap which I will likely use when going with a sub much later on, no room right now in thte crew cab.

So - as for rear speakers, what should I do?!

Options:

1. go with Kappa coaxes (or diamond, rainbow) but def. coax

2. find dedicated midbass drivers - but afraid that the directional mids will destroy soundstage

3. I found a Diamond comp set w/o tweets that I could use

Will some of y'all enthusiasts point me in the right direction? Any input or advise is greatly appreciated.

sit in the back seats and see how loud it is back there before u buy new speakers for the doors...

My vote is actually for nothing in the back doors, but I didn't see that as a option.//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif If you must put something in there I'd run them for strictly midbass reinforcment.

Whatever you can't hear. Rear fill, if used correctly, can deepen your front soundstage through the introduction of 2nd, and 3rd order harmonics +. Just remember that if you can identify the point source as coming from behind you, then it will reduce the desired upfront and center stereo image. Case in point, have you ever been to a live performance that had speakers behind you??

throw coaxs in the back, remember that u can jus fade 100% to the front if u want n wen u got ppl back there fade it back
