I've got a Zapco 4 channel that just got returned from Zapco with a clean bill of health, but whenever I hit a bump or something while driving my front comps cut out until I hit another bump. The rear speakers stay on so I know its not the amp. So are the speakers grounding out or what?

bad connection somewhere. check the rcas going to the rear channel all the way from the deck back, then follow the speaker wires to eliminate that theory completely. i bet you will find something.

That sounds like a bad connection. Check the connection to the speakers as well as to the amp. Also like Bri said check the RCA's aswell. You may also want to check the terminal leads on the speakers aswell.
