Speaker help

Hey, this is my first time installing component speakers. I was wondering how do you adjust the tweeters to -db and +db? What're you trying to do with the adjustments with the tweeters?

Also what 1'' tweeter would you guys recommend? Where to buy them as well?

Well on the cross over there should be two places to put the positive lead to the tweeter the one that has the

-3 on it is the -3 one //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif and that kit comes with tweets why would you need more?
