Speaker Help .. EV's ??

I have a 95 acura legend with two type r's in it, but now i need some speakers that are loud also. My boy pulled up with two 8in EVs in his back deck and they were screaming and thats how i want mine. Are there other speakers besides EVs i could get that come in 6x9 or 6 3/4 that get as loud??

Don't put speakers in your rear deck if you have a trunk car, it won't do anything but prevent sound from the trunk coming into the cab. Get some nice door speakers and amplify them. 100-150 watts should sound about right.

EV as in Electro-Voice speakers? If so then they're pro audio speakers, made to be ultra-efficient but sacrifice speaker excursion, which means they usually can't go below 30Hz.

EV don't make 6x9s or 6 3/4 or any car audio speaker sizes so you'll have to make your own. I think they make a 6" or 6 1/2" mids.

well if you got subs in the trunk banging away, there is one more feature those speakers in the rear deck will provide. A hole to dump your money into for replacing them.
