Spare tire sub box

Well i was wondering about my options of what type of new box i should build for 1 ava 12". i kinda came up with doing it in a more concealed spare tire area. I think there is enough room to actually have the tire and sub box there are the same time. (95 honda civic dx 4dr). My question is having the sub at the very end of the car like that going to change how the car drives/perform?

Well i think it would be the same as adding groceries, or piece of luggage the same weigh as the sub and box in ur trunk.

Unless you'r one that likes to shave off pounds for +speed, then it shouldn't matter. Might help ur handling, VERY slightly! lol.
