Spammer Posts, Why so many???

Why does this forum seem to have som many spam posts???

I mean I see 17 different types of Pills, 6 or 7 different types of shoes, etc..etc...

On other forums every once in awhile I'll see one, but man.... I wonder if a lot of people here click on the links and thats why they keep comming???
