How many miles do you guys normally run?

We conditioned this year the end of december- middle of february. We would do distance one day and "agility" the next. Most days for distance we ran about 4 miles just around the track, and then about 8 laps going around our stadium(bigger than the track) up and down all the bleachers, and then we would finish up with running all the lines on the football field from one side to the other....like snaking each 5 yard line. On agility days we would do TONS of different length sprints, smaller cone drills doing forward backwards and sideways, and then would end with stretches/agility(lunges and such)..... our conditioning this year was tougher than previous years because our coach new my senior class had a superb attitude towards our team and individual goals. Most days it would last about 2 hrs of straight running. 1 water break.

just search "keido pour" on google/yahoo.. you will get plenty of results.. Hes one of the top forwards in the country.. He will be going pro in europe next year. Lives about 10 minutes, we are all really good friends (plays with sockers fc with my best friend cesar).. Its pretty cool to know some future soccer stars

also another really really good friend that might be going pro, yet ive never played on a soccer team but im friends with all these amazing soccer players...lol

That is awesome! Four years ago South Aiken graduated 2 maybe 3 D1 signed soccer players. Jamal Geathers(forward)http://athletics.clayton.edu/msoc/2007/2007%20Bios/Jamal_Geathers.htm, I just read he was the PBC player of the year, and Michael Gustavson(goaly) both traveled to Europe and played for a few years. Now they are both back in the states. Mike went and played on the San Jose Earthquakes for a season and went to try out for the Charleston Battery, but they just recently signed 3 keepers already so he isnt playing ATM. He is on Fifa 2009 though and i hang out with him very often. His older brother and mine a friends and me and him became closer when he returned from San Jose. It is super cool to know someone like that!

According to ESPN's fab 50 the #1(northwestern) and #2(irmo) teams in the nation are playing after #28(South Aiken) vs. #9(Eastside).

This is the lowerstate champ. highlights and story It has come down to defense. Offense wins games, Defense wins championships!

We won the State championship. 2-1 in overtime. We pretty much destroyed them because we were in better condition, but we werent able to put one in for a while. Ill find some articles later.

I believe the rankings were redone as more teams finished up. We are currently # 7 in the nation
