South Aiken High School Soccer.

I dont really want to do it because it might jinx us, but we have been playing extremely well. We won the first round of playoffs 10-0 against battery creek. here is the highlights. Tonight we just beat Socastee who has never been shut out before 2-0. Now we play either Myrtle beach or Dreher who we have beaten twice (3-0 i think and 4-0). We have a 17-1 record and were nationally ranked 20th in the nation before our one loss. I think we are sitting in the 30s now.... dont hold me to it though.

I play center back and have been playing since i was about 7. I have played for these coaches for 6 years and for South Aiken for 5 years. I hope we take the state championship with us before we graduate. We play saturday, wednesday for the lower state championship, and then saturday for the state. I will hopefully post up all our highlights and keep you guys informed. It is pretty exciting.

When I was in highschool. I played volleyball on the varsity team. For our first CIF game we had to drive an hour or so north. No bus, so we had to road train with those who had cars.

We lost.. Was very lame.

is that really hard to understand? My high school soccer team is in the playoffs and kicking ***. The highlights of our first round is linked and ill post up tonights game tomorrow. The scores of our games are up there, our record, and my history of playing with these coaches and team over all.... What is unclear?

that is not nearly as cool as 3rd round of the playoffs, both shutouts and a shot to win a state championship. haha it was a superb story though!!! Besides the pride of kicking everyones *** in the state we also get a $500 ring for free which is a plus.

man that is so interesting. i am so excited for you. hope you get to kick the ball a lot and maybe head butt it too! are there a lot of messicans on your team? I know soccer is really big with the messicans. Are you a messican or other form of bean lover?

Yea, our team was pretty lame. I was the only tall guy and it was my first year playing. Im surprised we even made it to CIF lol.

we have 1 mexican. surprisingly mexicans around here are not very good. They have their own league and play like 17 vs 17 (normally 11 vs 11). I dont know many mexicans that play highschool soccer around here.

BTW two of the guys we played against tonight are nationally ranked as individuals. One is going to memphis to play and the other is actually going to Brown U. to play.
